The Challenge

Langleys isn’t the same firm as it was in the ‘90s. The firm’s commitment to clients has remained the same, but the firm has grown to serve a greater range of private clients and businesses. The existing brand didn’t reflect the firm’s present or its future growth strategy, and the website was no longer fit for the modern mobile user being too slow and cumbersome for modern users. It was time for something new.

 Our Solution

We researched the marketplace and interviewed key stakeholders to better understand Langleys as an organisation. Building on this research we developed a new strap-line 'We Speak your Language' , adding market leading confidence and future-proofing them as a business. In the simplest terms we discovered that Langleys created clarity for their clients in a complex area jargon led sector. This became the key insight for the new identity.
